🐾 Pet Policy

Fee: $250 per pet + a $300 refundable security deposit
Cleaning: If pet waste is not properly cleaned, a $150 additional fee will apply

🏡 Important House Information

Pool Service:

Professionally serviced every Wednesday (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)—expect to see maintenance staff on-site

Landscaping:

Weekly service, typically Tuesday–Thursday mornings

Garbage & Recycling:

City pickup: Mondays and Thursdays
Please place bins at the front of the driveway the night before or early morning
Return bins to the side of the house behind the gate afterward

🎉 House Rules

No Parties/Events: This is a strictly residential neighborhood—no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in termination without refund and additional fines
Parking: Driveway only (max 3 cars). No street parking
Pool Safety:
- No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
- No diving or glass near the pool
- Children must be supervised at all times
Bugs & Wildlife: We routinely treat the property, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional critters may appear. Please keep doors closed to minimize this
