Pool Service:
- Professionally serviced every Wednesday (8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
Landscaping:
- Weekly service, typically Tuesday or Thursday mornings
Garbage & Recycling:
- City pickup: Tuesdays and Fridays
- Please place bins at the front of the driveway the night before or early morning
- Return bins to the side of the house behind the gate afterward

- No Parties/Events: This is a strictly residential neighborhood—no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in termination without refund and additional fines
- Parking: Driveway only (no street parking)
- Pool Safety:
- No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
- No diving or glass near the pool
