Pool Service:
- Professionally serviced every Wednesday (8:00 AM–10:00 AM)
Landscaping:
- Weekly service, typically Wednesday or Thursday mornings
Garbage Collection:
- City pickup: Wednesdays and Saturdays
- Please place bins at the front of the driveway the night before or early morning
- Return bins to the side of the house behind the gate afterward

- No Parties/Events: This is a quiet residential neighborhood—no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in additional fees or termination
- Parking: Driveway only (ample space provided)
- Pool Safety:
- No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
- No diving or glass near the pool
