Fee: $250 per pet + $300 refundable security deposit
Cleaning: If pet waste is not properly cleaned, a $150 additional fee will apply

Pool Service:

Professionally serviced every Wednesday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)—expect to see maintenance staff on-site

Landscaping:

Weekly service, typically Wednesday or Thursday mornings

Garbage & Recycling:

City pickup: Mondays and Thursdays
Please place bins at the front of the driveway the night before or early morning
Return bins to the side of the house behind the gate afterward

No Parties/Events: This is a strictly residential neighborhood—no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in immediate termination and additional fines
Parking: Driveway only (no street parking)
Pool Safety:
- No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
- No diving or glass near the pool

We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or other ride-sharing services—most local attractions are just a $10 ride away (depending on demand).
