Rental Agreement required for all bookings
After signing, provide a photo of the booking credit card and matching ID

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome! Please notify us in your initial inquiry.

Fee: $300 for the first pet, $200 for the second pet (applies to all sizes/breeds, including service dogs)

Transportation:

Uber is very convenient, but for larger groups, we recommend renting a car—plenty of parking is available for a couple of cars

Local Residents:

A refundable security deposit is required for all local residents. Please contact the host before booking

🌿 Property Services & Notes

Pool Service:

Professionally serviced every Wednesday (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)

Landscaping:

Weekly service, typically Tuesday–Thursday mornings

Garbage Collection:

City pickup: Mondays and Thursdays
Please place bins at the front of the driveway the night before or early morning
Return bins to the side of the house behind the gate afterward

🎉 House Rules

No Parties/Events: This is a strictly residential neighborhood—no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in termination without refund and additional fines
Parking: Driveway only (no street parking)
Pool Safety:
- No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
- No diving or glass near the pool
