🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with approval:

$300 for the first pet, $200 for the second pet (any size/breed)
Additional $65 cleaning fee

🧹 Services & Maintenance

Landscaping: Weekly (Wednesdays/Thursdays)
Pool Service: Weekly (Wednesdays, with authorized access)
Garbage Collection: Mondays & Thursdays—guests are asked to assist with bin placement

No Parties/Events: This is a strictly residential neighborhood—no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM
Violations may result in immediate termination and fines
Parking: Driveway only (no street parking)
Pool Safety:
- No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
- No diving or glass near the pool
- Children must be supervised at all times
