🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome! Please notify us in your initial inquiry.

Fee: $250 per pet + a $300 refundable security deposit
Cleaning: If pet waste is not properly cleaned, a $150 additional fee will apply.

🏊 Pool & Hot Tub Details

Heated Pool: Available for an additional $400 fee (must be requested 48+ hours before arrival).
Hot Tub: Free to use (requires 3+ hours’ advance notice).
Important: The pool and hot tub cannot be used simultaneously.

Pool Service:

Cleaned every Wednesday (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)—expect to see maintenance staff on-site.

🌿 Property Maintenance

Landscaping: Typically Tuesday–Thursday mornings (brief noise possible).
Garbage Collection: City pickup on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Please place bins at the front of the driveway the night before.
- Return bins to the side of the house behind the gate afterward.

🎉 House Rules

No Parties/Events: This is a strictly residential neighborhood—no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in termination without refund and additional fines.
Parking: Driveway only (max 3 cars). No street parking.
Pool Safety:
- No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.
- No diving or glass near the pool.
Bugs & Critters: We routinely treat the property, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional critters may appear. Please keep doors closed to minimize this.
